Dr. Moira Dolan
Dr. Moira Dolan has a strong purpose to establish ethics in the field of medicine. She attended the University of Illinois School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center. She is certified by the American Board of internal Medicine. Dr. Dolan has over 35 years of clinical experience in a variety of practice settings. She was a consultant for many years to the Texas office of Inspector General where she investigated medical fraud. Dr. Dolan currently serves as the Chief Medical Director for PRGX healthcare, carrying out the scrutiny of medical records that is required by the Affordable Care Act.
Dr. Dolan is a commissioner with Citizen’s Commission on Human Rights International, a watchdog group that investigates and exposes fraud and abuse in the field of mental health. She is the Executive Director of Medical Accountability Network, and in this capacity she has made site visits to psychiatric institutions to document abuse, served as an expert witness in lawsuits regarding misleading diagnoses and harmful medical practices, and testified at the FDA and in the legislature on electroshock and adverse effects of psychotropic drugs.
