World’s First International Summit Dedicated to Women's Health

Starting March 8, 2010, The World's Leading Authorities on Women’s Health and Wellness Converge Online for 10 Days to Tackle the Most Pressing Issues Facing Women Today.

In celebration of International Women's Day, 40 of the world’s leading health and wellness luminaries have gathered to share their knowledge and insights during WISH (Women’s International Summit for Health). This 10-day online conference is exploring the key areas of interest for women, from food, beauty and fitness to relationships, money and sensuality.

The list of distinguished experts participating in the Summit is worthy of a red carpet.  Five time New York Times best-selling author Marianne Williamson, author of The Age of Miracles; Neale Donald Walsch, author of Conversations With God, Marci Shimoff, best-selling author of Happy for No Reason; Janet Attwood, co-author of The Passion Test; Sheila Kelley, star of LA Law, Sisters, ER and creator of The S-Factor; Raw food guru and health consultant to the stars, David Wolfe; Sean Stephenson, “The Three Foot Giant”, and Dr. Joe Mercola, founder of the world’s most popular online natural health newsletter, along with a who’s who of inspirational thought leaders.

Speaker, Neale Donald Walsch said this, when asked "What's your wish for women?"

"My wish for women is that they would step into the fullness and into the richness of who they really are and demonstrate to all of humanity who we really are."
-Neale Donald Walsch, author of Conversations with God, WISH Summit, 2010

Program creator, Tera Warner, says that WISH is an invitation to the multitasking miracle workers in our society. She invites participants to put themselves on top of their to do list and prioritize the areas of their lives that are most out of balance. “The laundry and dishes can wait,” she says, “ it’s time for women to step forward and step up to the call of living life fully and improving conditions around them. It’s not just a right, it’s our responsibility.”

“You know, I think if men were really honest one of the things that arouses men most is the sound of a woman laughing.”
-Sean Stephenson, (www.timetostand.com), WISH Summit, 2010

WISH runs for two weeks, with each day of the event being dedicated to a particular topic. In the first week, WISH presenters address sensuality, spirit, food, relationships and fitness. Beauty, health, money, attitude and family are on the second week’s agenda. Each day, participants will access at least four inspiring presentations designed to get their most pressing questions answered.

With more than 40 interviews over 10 days, there is something for women of all walks of life. Some interviews include:

Quotes

"Orgasms are wonderful, but there is something even beyond orgasms. I am not knocking foreplay in any way, but I am knocking the word foreplay. Because what the word foreplay suggests is that it is a little something, it is like an appetizer…"

Dr. Gina Ogden, WISH Summit 2010, Profile

“Care about others; don’t care what they think of you. I mean I am three feet tall and in a wheelchair…”

Sean Stephenson, WISH Summit, 2010, Profile

"The Dali Lama recently said that it is the western world women in general who can really save the world. We are in a critical moment in human history where we see systems breaking down, we see tremendous shift and change that is occurring. Most of all, we need women who do some of their work enough to realize that they have great capacity to be change agents, first in their family, in their workplace and in their world.”

Mary Manin Morrissey, WISH Summit, 2010, Profile

“It is not about you when you follow your passions. It is about aligning with those things that you can give to the world."

Janet Attwood, co-author of The Passion Test, WISH Summit, 2010 Profile
