Sheri Predebon began her career in 1998 when she received her master's degree from St. Xavier University, in Speech-Language Pathology. Shortly after, she opened her own therapy clinic in 2001. She began to realize the need for therapists who specialized in feeding and swallowing disorders. She immersed herself in this specialty and became one of the few leading professionals in her area.
Sheri has always been interested in nutrition and how different foods have such a huge impact on the way we feel. She noticed that when she ate processed foods and sugar, they made her sleepy, cranky and moody. Sheri observed the same behaviors in the kids she was working with and began looking for more nutritious foods her clients fueled up and feeling good, detoxing the toxins and waste matter that were slowing them down, and staying hydrated throughout the day to ward off cravings and hunger. consulting Eventually she opened Living Whole, her own business as a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant.
Working primarily with children who have been diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, ADD and developmental delays, it seemed that diet and nutrition were rarely taken into consideration as a possible contributing factor. This sparked a whole new way of approaching these clients. Sheri now focuses on diet and lifestyle when working with her clients, getting amazing results! Her client base has gone from the special needs population to children and adults with varying needs, all of which can benefit from better nutrition and lifestyle.
